2008 Photographer of the Year Competition Winners:
Congratulations to the following winners of the 2008 IPA competition. The International Photographer
of the Year™ , The Discovery of the Year™ and The Deeper Perspective Photographer of the Year™ will be announced
during the Lucie Awards held at Avery Fisher Hall, Lincoln Center, New York on Monday, October 20, 2008. Please click on the names below to view and admire the winning work in the 2008 International Photography Awards.
All overall category winners will receive two (2) free
tickets to the Lucie Awards ceremony where your work will be screened in front of the photography community. Subcategory winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) receive a 50%
discount and honorable mentions receive a 25% discount off ticket prices to attend the 2008 Lucie Awards ceremony through the Lincoln Center Box Office. For the discount code, please send your entry ID number in an email to tickets@lucieawards.com with your winning entry ID number and request the code.
The work of all winners and subcategory
winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd) will be published in the 2008
Annual Awards Book.
Mr. Bill Hunt of the prestigious Hasted Hunt Gallery, New York has curated the 2008 Best of Show which will travel worldwide after it's debut at Splashlight Studios' new Soho facility on Saturday, October 18th in New York City.
