Ball & Albanese met in California, where their first collaboration was a video project broadcast on television as part of a local film/video festival. Since then, they have collaborated on many visual projects, both moving and still. Their films
have screened in festivals and their photography has been published in Travel + Leisure magazine. Wendy Ball graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in art and photography. She has over six years of experience as a photo editor at Travel + Leisure magazine. Her work as a photo editor has been recognized by The Society of Publication Designers (SPD), Photo District News (PDN), and Communication Arts. Dara Albanese began her career as an arts and entertainment writer/photographer. Her photography has been included in group shows in New York City and Philadelphia. She earned a Master of Fine Arts in filmmaking from Columbia University's School of the Arts and also holds undergraduate degrees in journalism and political science. Ball & Albanese are based in Brooklyn, NY. Recently, they were selected by PDN as one of 30 new and emerging photographers to watch.
