In the recent years (from 2010 to the present) the phenomenon of high water in Venice went out of control. High Tide that normally occurred in the month of November with the Sirocco winds, now occurs in all seasons and in every climate condition. For the expert this is an effect of climate change but the citizens are no longer able to make predictions. People continue to live and work trying to adapt
