“One Sec…” project is the exploration of an intersubjective relationship story between a mother and daughter, using myself and my daughter as subjects for the documentary artwork. The multimedia photographic installation that explores the relationship between my daughter and me, and centers on an old couch given to me by my mother. The project is a both a traditional photographic series and also a multimedia project. These two aspects of the work are bound together through intersubjectivity of the photographic narrative while providing an invitation to the viewer to explore the physical spaces of the installation. Both the image and the installation itself provide a multi-pronged approach to exploring the concepts of self-portraiture.
