To live in harmony as a species we need to first learn to live in amity with ourselves. To enter into a conscious relationship with ourselves is to live a life-long amorous relationship, devoid of loneliness, depression and anxiety. Only then can we truly understand harmony: content in our own lives, unthreatened by each other's choices.
