The Fuerzabruta (Brute Force) show, created by Diqui James of Argentina, is an examination of how we are constraint by the norms of life therefore holding back the brute force in us. Men have walked on ground for centuries but yet when put in water, we seem to be at our most natural state. Dancers are put on a transparent overhead stage for the performance in the shoot and glide around as they wish to accentuate our cohesiveness with water. The photos were used by news wire agency Reuters and sent to newspapers around the world in December 2009.
