Just what do women keep in there? “Handbags” is a project which gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the female universe by taking a peek at what’s inside this typical “lady’s” accessory. After all, it’s contents, even the most plain everyday items, are able to tell us a lot about a person, their culture, their habits, their environment and fads of the moment. But it’s even more than that, because often it goes beyond being just a practical accessory, it becomes an inseparable companion which holds their dreams, their memories, their needs, regardless of age or nationality. It becomes an authentic “treasure chest”.
