In December 2009 Micha Purucker performed the Giacometti-Project. It was his third project about body concepts of visual artists. Like in Alberto Giacometti's concept about space: The space is formed by the individuals or objects. The characters appear and disappear, rise and fall, die and awake. 18 gestures and two sculptures in space - performing the whole night. Lectures are held at the same time. The series is called "absent while here - transgressive bodies". The audience is constantly moving from space to space. Micha Purucker is one of germany's outstanding contemporary choreographers mentioned by the Goethe-Institut.
