There is controversy in the West - on the one hand avoiding anything that offends other religions to the extreme of banning christmas and then trying to ban the wearing of headscarves. In this photo taken while walking on a public beach in abu dhabi we see local ladies enjoying a picnic while yards away European women openly sunbathe. Each to their own without judgement.
