Story

The January earthquake in Haiti orphaned thousands of children. It also orphaned thousands of infants as well. The baby on the right has two broken legs and the baby on the left is clearly malnourished.
In this particular orphanage, there were 16 infants orphaned by the earthquake. There were three women caring for these babies twenty-four hours a day. Because the buildings are still unsafe, the babies reside int he back of a moving truck. The infants range in ages from new born to several months. They will stay there until they grow up or are adopted by foreign families.
