In the series Sea Etchings, I search for the musical nuances found in the landscape. This installation of images floats across the pages akin to notes of a melody collaborating in a moving meditation. Un-staged and recorded in camera these photographs are gestures in patience and time. In their easy quietness the images exude a sense of lightness, joy, playfulness, mystery, and innocence; reflecting on something vulnerable, they evoke a memory or feeling different for everyone.
