Since the burst of the global economical crisis, Greece has been targeted as one the most fragile economies to be affected . The Greek government ,under the guidance of the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank, has imposed the toughest austerity measures since the end of WW2 against the working middle class with serious payment cuts ,aimed at saving the country from economic collapse. Thousands of people are marching daily through central Athens protesting against government plans to save the country from bankruptcy. The protesters chant in the streets as squads of riot police react violently with stun grenades, tear gas and arrests in attempt to enforce discipline; an uncontrolled violence that has left many people wounded. The effort of stabilizing the greek economy continues as voices of doubt about the recovery of Greece in the international markets are getting more and more frequent.
