My work focuses on a moment of transparency, which is the result of interactions of space, time and light. The ephemeral sculpture of foil is a play of concentration and dilution, of proximity and distance. The contours of the temporary membrane are not always clear, they get blurred, creating flowing objects. The separation layers between the outside and the inside are partly unclear. A distinct separation is impossible. Even though the foil is compressed and therefore opaque, external influences like a gust of wind may shake them.
