Born Toronto, Canada Oct 21, 1956. Lived in NY since 1967. A photography book of his early work was published in 1991 "Images of Solitude". In 2009 Evelyn Lauder chose five photographs for part of a permanent collection in her breast cancer wing to the Sloan Kettering Hospital in NY. In 2008 Reichmann had a show of fifty of his works in Delray Beach Florida, titled "Capturing at the Speed of Life." In January 2011 he won the first place "Jay Colton Award for Best Participant Portfolio" at the Palm beach Photographic Center's annual FOTOFUSION event. Portrait and travel photography are his specialties as well as photographic mentoring. Reichmann is also a high ranked Chess Master.
