this image is a visual impression on the concept of Liquid Modernity proposed by Zygmund Bauman. the nomadic nature of our lives and the phenomenon of continuous renewal of the city- and worldscape’s forms accounts for the loss of time. together with the architectural forms and new technologies the time loses its linear character. in such world we’re placed between the past (our nature and our history)- the place where we come from, and the future, the new, the universe that we construct through new technologies, virtual environments and through our increasingly more rapid drive towards the transhumanist ideology. together with our fluctuating and heterogeneous habitat that has less and less references to its history, we become a transgressive beings willing to sacrifice our nature in the name of the technological progress.
