The hunger caused by the drought in Somalia has forced thousands to seek refuge in Dadaab (Kenya). The UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) estimates that in the horn of Africa 13 million people are at risk for the same reason. At the end of 2011, it was calculated that around 490,000 Somalians were living in a camp originally designed to house 90,000 refugees,These images tell the story of the suffering of the people experiencing this drought, a side of the story of which we see little in the media.
