Japan self-defense force member in plastic body suit and mask is under the operation of decontaminating the land in Iitate-village, Fukushima prefecture. The radiation leakage from Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant contaminated the soil after the magnitude 9.0 earthquake and tsunami.
