Whenever I have time to pause and ponder at the beach it opens up whole new threads of experiences. One day I might be fascinated by an abundance of tiny animals crawling around the rock pools. On other days it is enough just to stand and inhale a pint of fresh salt air. And sometimes I am hypnotized by the ebb and flow of waves, sweeping around the rocks, forming different trails and patterns each time. I find solace in watching waves.
