"The Hidden Dimension" explores the identity of two individuals within a specific space. An environment often speaks of an individual’s character and habits. Here, the space references a stage where an act/performance takes place. Depicting each parent escaping into the solace of their individual obsessions, I seek to create an alternate reality, an ideal home, where both individuals are physically present. Here, I am questioning the level of interaction between individuals within a home, specifically referencing to the relationship between my parents. Both my parents are never present at the same time; hence, I attempt to bring these two characters together through digital compositing. The image, a representation of one’s family; is made 'whole' again through this process.
