"Big Brother" is an ongoing series of architectural images of the corners of various buildings that feature surveillance cameras. The series is influenced by the novel 1984 by George Orwell, specifically the phrase "big brother is watching you" that is used throughout the novel to remind citizens that they are under surveillance at all times. Using severe angles to highlight the cameras and lines of the buildings, the series represents the increased use of surveillance in modern society.
