The Iraqi Christians are the perfect example of what "being persecuted" means in the Middle East. They are now about 500.000 people in all the Country and they are still moving abroad. Many of them are coming back to Kurdistan Region, where they were used to live. They come from Mosul, an unapproachable city for western people, where Fundamentalist Muslim are kidnapping and killing them. In Basrah, in the south of Iraq, there are now only 56 Christian families, the last ones remaining despite they are being killed because they were used to be alcool sellers. In Baghdad there is still high risk of terroristic attacks and many Christian are planning to reach their relatives in Europe, Usa and Australia.
