Running from Home “Running from Home” is an ongoing project about the plight of Syrian refugees. With the revolution-turned-civil-war in Syria pushing through its second year, some 2.5 million people have fled their homes--with more than 600,000 becoming refugees and another 2 million internally displaced. Of them, at least 200,000 have found themselves in neighboring Turkey, where the bottleneck has left thousands more massed along the border inside Syria, unable to leave. "Running from Home" tells their stories.
