I produce each image of cosmos through a process of overlaying numerous layers and pruning away at them, just like with an oil painting. I attempt to guide the inherent beauty of my subject into the viewer. When attempting to visualize the invisible and inaudible by overlaying numerous layers of time and space into the photograph, I can feel a symphony that combines the two opposing elements of “fantasy” and “reality”, melting them into each other in the appearance of the cosmos.
