Since I started using my first photo camera I have felt drawn to the industrial areas of the cities where I live. This project photographically translates a feeling which is closely linked to my lonely walks around those areas, a subtle and awkward feeling that I can only define as a "noisy calm". It also works as a reflection on the multiple meanings the natural or artificial light can cast on this (at first look) neutral spaces of the city.
