The reassuring image of the beggar on the sidewalk no longer represents the world of the homeless. New figures are born: the fallen. Fired workers, but also the petty bourgeoisie. They are a social class, ruled by economic and political relations. They have given up: sometimes a path of redemption achieved through deprivation, someothers the result of a choice. Heroes of everyday, aware survivors to whom it’s demanded to reflect on the evolution of society, the meaning of time and human relations. They imagine new ways of surviving the new world after the end of the world.
