"Metaphysics of the Urban Landscape" - a project conceived in 2009, still ongoing - focuses on contemporary metropolis and aims at giving a personal interpretation and a new meaning to the most famous places and monuments, often minimized as touristic icons. The project's framework draws inspiration theoretically from the concept of metaphysic (in Greek metà= beyond, tà physikà= physical objects), and aesthetically from Giorgio De Chirico and Mario Sironi's paintings.
