Martin Lack, former banker for UBS, was indicted by the US Department of Justice in 2011 for helping US clients evade taxes. As a consequence of his indictment, Lack is declared a fugitive from justice and cannot leave Switzerland to enjoy the home he and his American wife bought in Florida in 2007.
