On November 8, 2013, Typhoon Haiyan—known as Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines—the strongest storm ever recorded at 315km/h made landfall in the central Philippines, bringing strong winds and heavy rains that have resulted in flooding, landslides, and widespread damage. 6,195 confirmed dead while 1,785 are missing. I went to visit the worst hit areas in Tacloban to document the aftermath of one of the worst natural disaster in history.
