The book is an overview of Cartagena de Indias (Colombia), a World Heritage Site. It is a walled city preserving outstanding Spanish colonial / military architecture. It is a vibrant, colourful place, with a strong African footprint (from slavery times) in the people, music, food. Photos were taken in night and day walks (+ few aerials) from 2009 to 2012, showing details of architecture, historic places and, mostly, people going about, dancing, playing, working, eating.
