Babsie Morabe is an associate professor at  Far Eastern University -Department of Communication handling courses in radio and TV Production, ICT, Photography, Events Management and Speech Communication. He is also the coordinator for the media center providing multimedia services to internal and external clients of the university.

His main work as media center coordinator is content creation for social media and various platforms.

Before his stint in FEU Manila as an academic and production head, He was a segment producer for GMA-7 Incorporated, a local TV network in the Philippines. He also worked as editorial assistant for Sunstar News Service, a wires news agency.

Babsie’s interest in photography has taken him to study the genre in a semiotic approach. His graduate thesis was the perception of leadership through newspaper photographs which he presented in The City University of Hongkong in 2014.

In addition, he is also into toy photography where he recreates scenarios in movies using action figures.
