When you see things as greater than what they are, you learn to never let "What is" get in the way of "What if". Look beyond the obvious and you'll find the deeper, more meaningful connections. Start with the "Why" and you realize what we share is infinitely more powerful than what makes us different. Focus on possibilities and it becomes clear that hope and optimism are the true driving forces behind innovation and change. I believe that if you do these things, you can craft stories that inspire, change people's perceptions, motivate them to take action, and perhaps even change the world.

This is my personal manifesto and it's the outcome of 23 years in the business. It's the north-star that has guided me and my work starting as a designer, transitioning to art direction and most recently as the Executive Creative Director at Walton Isaacson.
