'Poruszeni' is a artistic narration about beatification and canonization of St. John Paul II. Translation of the polish tittle is difficult: polish word 'poruszeni' refers both to the technical characteristics of photography (long shutter speed , moved themes of pictures, out of focus) , as well as a spiritual movement. Photographic universe arising from combining special techniques and artistic gives virtually unlimited possibilities of shaping the photographic narrative and - paradoxically - in it lies the biggest / the true power of documentary - able to convey both physicality and emotionality. This connection allows the photographer to exceed the border between matter and spirituality, or simultaneous recording combines documentary and emotional message. Project title indicates such a dualism. 'Record' - it's registration, and therefore the documentary form, fuser any event or phenomenon in material form. 'Transcendental' - it's more than human cognitive abilities, refers to the spiritual and imaginative. Therefore record documentation is an attempt to transcendental phenomena that using traditional methods are not possible to register. The project was implemented in 2011 and 2014 on the square St . Peter's in Rome/Vatican - during the ceremonies of beatification and canonization of St. John Paul II. The book was published on the anniversary of the canonization, in april 2015, by the Diocesan Museum in Kielce/Poland. ISBN: 978-83-61-000-32-7
