What are our dreams? When do we start having them? What do we dream about when we are only a few weeks old? This project was inspired by the photographer's obsession for dreams. Using rather naive drawings, perfectly matching the main character's age, she tried to capture what her little baby might dream about.
What are dreams?
Dreams are freedom.
We can do anything we want in our dreams. They are limited only by our own imagination. And the children's imagination is limitless. Can you remember the times when we could imagine all the impossible things in the world? Probably not - It's too far away back in time. When growing up, for some fatidic reason, we are starting to inhibit our imagination until it is only limited by the reality around us. And our dreams, too, get limited with it.
These images are a tribute to our lost freedom. A freedom that only the youngest of us are still having. The freedom of imagining and dreaming about ANYTHING.
