As a relatively peaceful country, Swaziland hardly hits the headlines in the international media nowadays. However, the country has not only the world’s highest rate of HIV/AIDS but also the highest rate of prevalence of tuberculosis. The future prospects of Swaziland are being threatened by the weakening of its population. This series is comprised of snapshots of a Taiwanese medical team touring the country while providing services which include routine health checks, basic medical treatments and specialised operations.
