This memorial was attached to a stick and taped to a car in the parking lot of this Planned Parenthood location. The picture pretty much tells it's painful and emotional story without any extra embellishment or assumptive language.
From almost any perspective, the stark imagery of this photograph is ripe with stories, both real and imagined. What is the mind of the maker of the memorial trying to convey past the obvious sadness of his/her loss. Is the maker the one that was pregnant, or a family member of the pregnant woman/girl? Is this the pain of the boyfriend or husband? How many times did the pregnant woman have to listen to either the plea's to not terminate or the begging to get rid of the problem because it was not planned? So many possibilities. However in this one image it is obvious... someone is hurting!
