This fashion editorial is inspired by the German legend Lorelei, that talks about a beautiful young girl, named Lorelei, who threw herself headlong into the river in despair over a faithless lover. Upon her death she was transformed into a siren and she could be heard singing on a rock along the Rhine River. Her hypnotic music lured sailors to their death. The images are scanned 4x5 Polaroids. I lighted the scene just with a flashlight using long exposures. The images are no digitally manipulated.
