Derelict is an intimist story of solitude and oblivion in Thailand's muslim-majority deep south. Amidst a region engulfed in violence, a muslim family live in melancholy sheltered in a dilapidated house, the former Palace of a Raja who cursed it upon his death. A local shaman tries to expel the evil spirits, remnant of a fading past, that torment the family who dared to stay. Will he succeed?
