A passion born with painting and perpetuated with photography. Maurizio Marcato has always revealed his own personal interpretation of the world of images, through a filtered vision of daily life, where reality continually takes on new meanings. He considers photography a highly creative means of experimentation in the world of visual communication; for this reason, in 1980 he embarked on the career of professional photographer. Since 1986 he has been collaborating with several magazines, mostly concerned with architecture, image, fashion, design and from 2004 the didactic commission of Milan Polytechnic Design Faculty invited him to hold a Fashion Design course.
