Nature is brought into play as material for symbolic creation/construction. Processes might be conceived of as a series of constant, mysterious, and drawn out acts in which Nature draws together dissolving form, disintegrating figures so determining a space for new imagery. It is here where the symbolic image offers its essence, visual communication at times more transparent than the spoken word. I know how to recreate that space between life and still life by way of my imagination and in so doing establish a sacred place for transformation.
