Women's Stories from Afghan Civil War 1992-1996
Afghanistan has now completed four decades of living in a continuous state of war.
The period of the Civil War, was considered by most to be the most destructive, physically and mentally.
In March of this year I started a project recording the personal stories of women and a few men who's lives and the lives of their families have been affected by the tragedy of the Civil War and it's aftermath.
