Geisha Punk, an editorial shoot put together with the focus/ emphasis on the make-up and hair styling talents of Joy Lowrie, Kimberley Dewar and Sophie Laidlaw, all with exemplary backgrounds in their respective professions. The title/ theme of the shoot, Geisha Punk, was taken from the style and look each model was given through the use of applied make-up and hair by keeping very much in line with the concept of the “Geisha” using pale/ white skin tones and bold block colours to exaggerate and then again with the hair, by sticking with the look of the “Geisha” and then adding colour and punked extensions.
