I had hiked up to Falcon Crag before dawn through very thick mist. On reaching the top of the crag I could see just parts of Keswick peeking through the mist. The rest of the town (and the rest of the landscape) was missing.
You can create multiple entries, and pay for them at the same time. Just go to your History, and select multiple entries that you would like to pay for.
