I was fortunate to take this image of one of the pride males drinking in early morning light at a waterhole near Nossob camp in the Kalahari. I have taken many images of him before, but not in such glorious light. This image really shows the beauty of the African lion which is slowly becoming threatened within Africa by human greed.
