My digital photo composites are not staged, but subject matter is found, captured and multiple whole photos are combined in Photoshop. I find the nebulous figures interesting and mysterious, as there is no sense of who they are, where they are or what they are doing. I search for something I haven't seen before. There is always the surprise of discovery, the search for something unique, and the irony of making photos that may not eventually resemble photographs.
