The former Soviet state Georgia has nurtured some of the best Greek-roman wrestlers in the world, several of them are form the war torn town of Gori, near the South-Osetian boarder. In a worn down gym former and maybe future world champions train together. That was not the case when the Russians crossed the boarder in august 2008. While his family had to flee, and teammates defended their homes, Otar Tushishvili defended the honour of Georgia in the Beijing Olympics.
