I explore the psychological boundaries between unrelated objects in images. I begin with an image with ambiguity and add another unrelated image. I stare at the first until a structure emerges and allows for collage. In the 1st image, the 'steam' from the coffee cup becomes a beanstalk (or tornado from Oz). A face emerges - the coffee cup acting as the nose and the 'tornado' leading up to the forehead and 'eyes'. In the 4th image (Fox and hounds), a fox emerges, with the top cup acting as an 'eye' (matching the eye from the portrait). The bottom cup acts as the tip of the snout of the fox.
