The Sydney Street Choir is made up of a very dedicated group of people from all walks of life with one thing in common - each has experienced homelessness at some stage in their lives. Many struggle with drug dependency and mental illness, reliant on state welfare for basic services. But despite their troubles they come together each week under the stewardship of professional musicians to write and rehearse, finding friendship, family and a renewed sense of purpose through the power of song.
