The work is an assignement for D La Repubblica delle Donne. Puglia is a region in the south of Italy (very depressed area). In the next years, the Puglia region poured money in research, green economy, culture, information. Now is one of the more developed areas in Italy. The feature represente this land as a new unidentified planet (the title is inspired by the work of wim wenders: the reader don't understand where we are) and from a new point of view on this country.
