Entry Description

Bolero is the very first restaurant serving western food in Taipei. Back then, it was the most popular place for blind dates and young lovers. Now only elder people will visit from time to time. Most of the staff there are aged and experienced. They devote their lives to this restaurant. The manager, 78-year-old Mr. Pan started to work at Bolero when he was 14. For all these years, he comes to work and enjoys every minute at Bolero. You can see him there almost everyday!
