After Putin election, on 5 december it was the fist big protest in Russia. More than 1,000 people, including journalists, had reportedly been detained following election protests, of whom possibly more than 300 remain in detention. Many reports of mistreatment of detainees and beatings of peaceful protesters by police. Some denied medical treatment like in was in Taganski OVD. I was taking pictures, suddenly i was attached by police. It was about 40 people in prison-car, no air, nothing to breath, we spend about 3 hours in car, before they bring us to police department Taganski OVD. Police didn't provide food or water, or any medical support. I spent 48 hours in jail, just for taking pictures. Now we know more about our government. If you are in jail, you don't have any rights. There is no democracy and freedom in Russia.
